Introduction
YCW(D) series light jacks are A variety of prestressed misfixed system supporting tension equipment, is a universal multi-functional through-core tension jack, it is in the original YCW(A) series jacks based on the use of special technology and materials, optimized structural design, and the use of new sealing technology to improve the structure of the more lightweight new jacks. It has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, good sealing performance, high reliability, easy operation and so on. It can be widely used in pre-tensioned and post-tensioned prestressed concrete structure, prestressed concrete bridge, high-rise building, highway, power station, rock slope anchorage and other construction projects. With different accessories, various types of splint group errors, DM head errors and LZM cold casting errors can be tensioned respectively.
YCW(D) series light jacks have 60, 100, 150200250, 300, 350, 400, 500650(X10KN) and other specifications, and the standard jack stroke is 200mm. Its technical performance is shown in Table 1.
