Introduction
The pulping platform is a special equipment for railway and highway construction, which integrates automatic feeding, automatic metering, high-speed mixing, low-speed mixing and pumping slurry. It is used in the prestressed construction of railway and highway bridge construction and the production of some chemical enterprises. It has the characteristics of convenient movement, high degree of automation, accurate measurement and simple operation.
This vehicle is designed as a mobile, mainly composed of automatic feeding system, automatic weighing system, microcomputer automatic control system, high and low speed mixing system, water supply system and walking system. The high-speed mixing section of the unit can mix up to 350 kg of stock at one time and 4,000 to 7,000 kg of stock per hour (when manually controlled). In addition, the low speed mixing storage bucket can accommodate the slurry that has been stirred in the high speed mixing bucket. The combination of high speed and low speed mixing drum can realize the uninterrupted feed to the pulp pressing equipment.
This vehicle has reasonable structure, high production efficiency and good mixing quality, and fully meets the relevant requirements of TB/T3192-2008 "Technical Conditions for Railway post-tensioned prestressed concrete beam pipeline grouting".
