Advantages: stable anchoring performance, reliable, has a good release of self-anchor performance, easy to operate construction.
Application: Mainly used in tunnel, power station water diversion structure, large water diversion pipeline, sewage tank and other ring prestressed structure, can also be used as prestressed tendon connector.
Safety matters:
(1) The cutting of prestressed tendons should be done with grinding wheel saw, and arc cutting should not be done;
(2) When the steel strand is braided, it should be straightened out one by one and bundled into bundles without disorder. The compression anchorage or embossed anchorage at the fixed end of the steel strand shall be assembled with the pressure plate and the spiral bar in advance;
(3) The equipment and instruments used to apply prestress should be regularly maintained and calibrated;
(4) Before the prestressed tendons are tensioned, the concrete strength test report should be provided. When the compressive strength of concrete meets the design requirements and is not less than 75% of the design strength level, the prestress can be applied;
(5) Before the prestressed tendons are stretched, the surface of the pressure plate should be cleaned and the quality of the concrete behind the pressure plate should be checked. If there is a cavity in the concrete, it should be repaired with epoxy mortar before stretching;
(6) When the anchor is installed, the anchor plate should be positive, the clip should be tightened, and the piece position should be uniform: but the clip should not be too heavy to knock, so as not to knock the clip.
